We are Elite Speed and Strength Development, and we believe that developing the fastest, strongest, most powerful athletes will not only ensure they get to the next level, but that they will dominate their opponents play after play, and game after game. We teach athletes how to perform like champions, and, of equal importance, we show them how to think like champions. Lessons in visualization, emotional control and motivational techniques are all trademark ESSD agendas. Weight training is taught by world champion powerlifters, speed work is taught by nationally renowned trainers and field skills are taught by former college and professional players. Whatever your sport, We WILL make you better. |
